The Human Aura
This segment is a departure from the mind focused conundrums to which we contend as we deal with our lives.  It is time to turn from the mundane and look a little deeper into the spiritual self.  There are many studies and books on this subject.  Some good, some not so good and unfortunately simply add to the confusion  which is already rampet.  No claims are made here, just a sharing of information.   There has always been an interest in the complex interaction between the mind and body.  We need to include spirit (or Soul) into that interaction and make a conscious empowerment to which our self-discovery leads us to recognition of the cosmic lifeforce we can be.
The human-aura is a focal point that links the body with the Spirit.  The following is an overview of the Aura and how it reflects our personal state of mind, as well as our inner contention with life.  If we could learn to 'read' our aura, and the auras of others it would go far in creating a greater understanding of one another.
On the Opening Page to this website we showed an example of the Soul with its energy and color signature.  This is very distinct from a persons Aura and its color patterns.  We have provided examples of human Auras on this page with a listing of the colors and their specific qualities.

In parapsychology and many forms of spiritual practice an aura is a field of subtle, luminous radiation surrounding a person.  The depiction of a halo or aureola surrounding a person’s head as denoted in religious art usually connotes a person of particular power or holiness.

Various books have been written that derive various personality traits based upon the specific colors of the different layers of the aura.  Auras are thought to be related to the etheric subtle body and to serve as a visual measure of the state of the health of the physical body.  Auras are not thought to be actual light but a translation of other unknown sensory readings that is added to our visual processing.

Kirlian photography refers to a form of photogram made with a high voltage.   The Kirlian technique is contact photography, in which the subject is in direct contact with a film placed upon a metal plate charged with high voltage, high frequency electricity.    Kirlian photography is completely different from aura photography, in which a colorful image is produced of a person's face and upper torso by interpreting galvanic skin responses and adding color to the photograph using a printer. The images made with an Aura camera do not result from coronal discharge. In aura photography, no high voltage is involved as with the Kirlian technique, and no direct contact with the film is made. There were controversial claims at one time that a Kirlian produced image might be compared with the human aura.

This color scheme has been known to be called the "Mother Teresa" profile. These Auras are read in a counter-clock wise rotation from right to left. The faces are purposely blotted out in the center. This aura shows an intense but caring soul which is very connected to spiritual and mystical worlds.
This color scheme has been known to be called the "Mother Teresa" profile. These Auras are read in a counter-clock wise rotation from right to left. The faces are purposely blotted out in the center. This aura shows an intense but caring soul which is very connected to spiritual and mystical worlds. This color profile shows an enormous potential for impacting spiritual issues on a universal level providing other factors cooperate. There is immense pressure with this combination of blends for this individual to be of service to humanity.
This color profile reflects strong emotionalism with a certain amount of vanity. There are health issues impacting this individual. However, there is an opportunity for transformation to higher ideals.
This aura shows a strong indication of an emotional but sensitive passion as reflected by the various shades of red in the profile. The golden color on the right side shows a pattern for a potential of spiritual transformation, which is a positive sign to counter the negative issues coiled in the black void on the left side. The aspect of the black void is likely to be connected with health problems, so the power of positive thinking as associated with spiritual development is sure to be a benefit. As with any characteristic of human nature there can be positive or negative facets to any aura profile. The vitality emphasized in this profile expresses a soft sensitivity of a hands-on healer with a passion to do more.

The Colors of the Aura
