The 5-minute Power Meditation

The willingness to change is the key.
Let's face facts, most people always find excuses not to do things, especially those things which they consider may require an effort.  This meditation was designed to be so easy and to be so short in time that there is no viable reason NOT to do it, or at least give it a try.  The benefits far outweigh the cons.  Simply because there are no cons.  Seriously, there is much to be achieved for doing this short power meditation. Procedure

You begin with a mantra or prayer of your own choosing or a mantra such as the one posted here.  It is not meant to be religious or dogmatic.  The purpose is to set the tone for your mind to embrace then you can move forward with the technique.  So, you would say the mantra first then follow the technique for effect.

Mantra  for Method
I AM lifted into the light of God’s love and truth,
I AM filled with the light of God,
I AM now released from the bondage of negativity.
I now allow my heart to open to God’s love.
I now allow the radiant light of God to pour into my being.
I let God’s grace fill my energy field with such beauty,   
such light, such wholeness.
I AM filled with the light of God.
Thank you God, and SO IT IS.

This is a very simple technique which provides enormous benefit to your body and inner self by removing unwanted negativity and relaxing tension.  It has been structured in such a way as to provide no reason not to try it.  If for any reason you feel uncomfortable performing this meditation then simply stop.

The meditation is structured as two segments of 7-days each, but can certainly be continued for as long as desired.  What you learn and achieve in the first segment of the meditation is necessary to provide the stepping stone to the second segment and the additional benefits you will achieve.

Begin by finding a very quiet area where you can sit without external noise.  You can sit in a chair if you prefer or cross-legged.  Whatever your choice, just be comfortable.

There can be no distractions, such as pets, cell phones, etc.

Once you are comfortable, you will say the mantra that has been provided you.  This is a non-dogmatic, non-religious mantra to help focus you.  If for some reason you disapprove of the mantra then choose one you are comfortable with.  There is to be no stress at all with this meditation.  Once the mantra is said, you will then visualize raindrops on your head (the crown chakra) and this imagined rain is dripping down over the rest of your body going from chakra to chakra and as it moves downward to the floor it is pulling with it any negativity that may have been attracted to your body thereby washing the negativity off of you.  This only takes a few moments.

Now you prepare your rhythmic breathing procedure.  This is accomplished by visualizing a view of the ocean and watching the waves as they come into shore and flow out again.  So, as a wave comes in, you breathe in; and as the wave goes out, you let out your breath.  It is very easy to do as it is meant to be.  And as you maintain your focus on the ocean your mind is not wandering.  Once you are comfortable with your breathing rhythm you now close your eyes and focus them upon the Third Eye (the point on your forehead between your eyes).  Now you begin your 5-minutes (or longer as you wish). You seek the peace of the silent darkness.  If you should see anything with your third eye that is great, but if you don’t that also is perfectly fine as well. The purpose is for you to seek the peace of the silent darkness.  You will do this first phase method for 7-days.  You should be feeling a distinct sense of peace and relaxation at the end of the seven days.  The second segment of 7-days involves focusing on the primary chakras.  The Crown, the Third Eye and the Heart chakras; the 7th, 6th and 4th chakras, these are the primary chakras.

You begin using the same method of cleansing and breathing rhythm which you used in the first segment, then as you enter into the silence you begin to visualize the primary chakras vibrating as a single vibration (use your mind to visualize it), once this is achieved you will feel an upsurge of energy which you will send down to the Throat chakra (5th chakra) this then directs the energy into the 3th, 2th and 1st chakras.  This creates a temporary alignment and an increase of overall spiritual vibration which will increase your Self awareness and clarity of thought.  As you continue with these meditation methods, you will be able to attain a measure of Soul Intuition as you listen to the silence.  You will “hear” the ethereal voice in the deepness of the silence.  The more you accept the meanings, the clearer they become to you.  Patience and perseverance are your guide words.

Meditation provides the means of finding freedom from the delusion of the self.
